Thank you for your continued support of our character label 'finfinity'. We are delighted that so many of you are promoting 'finfinity' in various ways. In this guideline, we have compiled the basic rules for using the intellectual property rights related to finfinity correctly, safely, and comfortably. We hope you will join us in bringing your creative ideas into the world of 'finfinity'.

Purpose and Scope

Purpose
These guidelines are established to promote the appropriate use of intellectual property rights for the character label 'finfinity' operated by finn Inc. (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company'), and to enable the Company and fans to engage in creative activities and related businesses with peace of mind.
Scope
These guidelines apply to the use of copyrights (including moral rights), trademark rights, and all other intellectual property rights (hereinafter referred to as 'the Intellectual Property Rights') related to all characters, illustrations, videos, music, audio, settings, stories, names, and all other creative works (hereinafter referred to as 'the Characters, etc.') operated by the Company under the 'finfinity' label.
These guidelines establish the content to be observed by all persons using the Company's Intellectual Property Rights (hereinafter referred to as 'Users'), regardless of whether they are individuals, corporations, or organizations.

Usage License and Application Procedures

Non-commercial Use
Fan art, doujinshi, and other non-commercial derivative works by individuals or circle activities are generally permitted.
However, use that violates these guidelines is prohibited.
Commercial Use
Regardless of whether you are an individual, corporation, or organization, if you wish to commercialize the Characters, etc. (merchandising, selling video/music content), post images/videos containing the Characters, etc. on platforms like YouTube for monetization, use the Characters, etc. in advertisements/promotional materials, or any other use beyond the scope permitted in Section 2.1 of these guidelines (collectively referred to as 'Commercial Use'), you must obtain prior permission from the Company.

Specific application methods (URL and location of application forms) will be announced on the Company's website.
Please provide as much detail as possible in your application, including project overview, usage format, and scope of use.

Basic Policy on Derivative Works

Permission for Derivative Works
The Company supports fan derivative work activities (illustrations, novels, manga, videos, music, cosplay, etc.) and welcomes non-commercial derivative works.
However, acts that violate these guidelines, laws, or public order and morals are prohibited.
Modification of Settings and Worldview
Within the scope of derivative works, there are no restrictions on independently interpreting or modifying the settings and worldview of the Characters, etc.
However, please refrain from modifications that damage the dignity of the Characters, etc., undermine the social credibility of the Company or authors, infringe on moral rights, or may potentially do so.

Prohibited Acts

The following acts by Users are strictly prohibited. If violations are discovered, we may take action including suspension of use or legal measures.
Acts Violating Laws or Public Order and Morals
Expressions or uses that promote criminal acts, suggest illegal acts, or may potentially fall under these categories.
Expressions that violate public order and morals (obscenity, excessive violence, discrimination, hate speech, etc.).
Acts Infringing on Others' Rights
Acts that infringe or may infringe on the Intellectual Property Rights.
Acts that infringe or may infringe on the rights of the Company or third parties (portrait rights, privacy rights, honor rights, etc.).
Unauthorized Commercial Use
Engaging in Commercial Use of the Characters, etc. as defined in Section 2.2 of these guidelines without prior permission from the Company.
Misleading Displays or Acts
Displays or acts that may mislead others into believing something is an official work of the Company or 'finfinity'.
Expressions that may highly mislead others into believing the Company has authorized, sponsored, or recommended something.
Other Inappropriate Acts
In addition to the above, acts deemed inappropriate by the Company.

Disclaimer

Scope of Company Liability
The Company assumes no responsibility for disputes or damages that arise between Users and third parties in connection with the use of the Characters, etc.
Users shall use the Characters, etc. at their own responsibility and confirm legal risks on their own as necessary.
Changes to Guidelines
The content of these guidelines may be changed without notice at the Company's discretion.
The latest guidelines will be published on the Company's website, etc., so Users should always check for the latest information.
